Great location, really nice house, AWESOME pool & Hot Tub. Easily located and access.

The house is older and not super updated BUT the house was fantastic. There’s plenty to keep kids busy with the pool (which was amazing), ping pong table, and WiFi. Hot tub was great, their location was insanely awesome, beds were comfortable, sofas were comfortable, it really was an awesome place to stay!!!

Everyone loved the pool, ping pong table and foosball table. Definitely would recommend this house. The place was clean, plenty of towel and all the supplies you would need. Felt like home. Close enough to walk to town. Lots of deer on the property, which was fun to watch. The kids saw a black bear on their bike ride not too far away from the house, they were so excited to see it run away. We never once heard The kids say they were bored. The unfortunate thing was nobody was ready to leave when it was time to go.

Multi-generation trip that wanted a stay-cation experience. Loved the pool - clean, large and all to ourselves! Well appointed kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. We plan to rent this place again!

Right across the river from downtown and across from Safeway. Very roomy and the Deer come right up to the house to feed on the grass. Will plan on staying again.

What a wonderful experience! Ping pong, hot tub, plenty of room for a girls' weekend or family get together ��. Easy ✔� in and out. I don't recommend home for people with mobility concerns. Otherwise, a fabulous home close to town.

This rental property is magical in the winter time. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas. The hot tub in the snow was a beautiful experience.

All as described, plenty if space for all. Beds were a bit tall for the grandparents with mobility impairments to get in to.

We had the best Thanksgiving our family has ever experienced. It was so amazing. the house fit our family perfectly with just the right amount of rooms. The kitchen was wonderful and so easy in which to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The proximity to town made it so nice for all of us. the one problem is that it is not user friendly for people with mobility issues. For example, the beds are too high. It would be nice to have beds at a normal level. Also, there needs to be a taller toilet in the bathrooms (all of them) and a bar to help stand up. Also, the bath/showers are slippery and there is no bar to hang on to. I have knee problems and just finished chemo leaving me with neuropathy in my feet. It would have been nice to have a tall toilet and bars in the bath tub. Having them downstairs is no help as the major living goes on up stairs. Tall beds are difficult. Even my children had a hard time with them. New headboards!!! But it was truly magical. We would do it again. P.S. the fireplace in the master didn't work. Probably outdated batteries.

The house was great and only a 10-15 min walk from the village. 2 bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs, all of them are very good sized! Plenty of room for 8 people in living room area, and plenty of parking out front. Can't wait to come back!

While we usually stay in town, this rental is not so far you can't walk into town. The home itself was great with really comfortable beds. The outdoor space is not private.

A huge upside of this property, is that it is a short walk into town. There is no need to navigate parking as there is plenty of space on the property, and a sidewalk into town. The property is also very spacious.

Our group loved this house: easy walk to town, plenty of parking, each room was spacious with comfy beds, and great living area to hang out in. The hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball table were great amenities, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! The pool was great! Grateful for the air conditioning! House had everything we needed. We have little kids and a baby, so we were very relieved that doors had top locks and the house had two baby gates that we put to use. Only minor complaint would be condition of carpet and couch pillows could probably be replaced, but really not a big deal. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house in Leavenworth. It was clean, well supplied, comfortable and the pool was awesome. The kitchen faucet was finicky and a bathroom sink handle came off, but those were the only negatives and we didn't bother to report those. I highly recommend this place!

This is a great property for large groups! Great location at the end of town. Newly remodeled kitchen and flooring. Current pictures don't do this property justice!!! Will definitely come back!

Great house! Very clean and comfortable, the deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee looking at the snow capped mountains!

You can't beat the location, it's a nice short walk into Leavenworth! The house is a little outdated but the space is great for a group. Open kitchen and living room space. Generally the place was clean but the blinds did kick down a whole lot of dust when you opened and closed them. The beds are comfortable and good sizes. We were there during the snow, and was a little disappointed when we got there because the driveway hadn't been cleared and it was a little difficult figuring where the driveway started. But when we woke up in the second day, we were pleasantly surprised to see it was plowed :) So that was very much appreciated! Overall we enjoyed our stay and can see us definitely coming back during the summer to try out the pool!!

This home exceeded my expectations. Very clean, super close to town and an easy walk both downtown and to the supermarket. Very comfortable for a good sized group. The pool was amazing and well kept.

If I ever come back to the houses I’ve been to, it would be this one!!! Even though it’s not a brand new house, it’s very well made! Sound proof is very good, we had kids with us that are still take naps and wake up early, no body was bothered by it!!! Love the pool, it was cleaned every other day and we were pleased with Jacuzzi !!! Had everything we needed!!! Thank you very much!

Great location and perfect property for our family vacation.

Great place for our group of friends. Very clean, comfortable furniture and spacious. The pool was amazing as was the hot tub. Very convenient location to everything downtown Leavenworth has to offer. It was a quick and easy 8-10 minute walk. Very close to the supermarket as well. No need to drive all weekend.

We loved this house! It felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere when we were lounging in the pool, but the proximity to downtown was so convenient. The pool was an absolute hit with kids and adults alike!

The house worked great for our family of five. Plenty of room. Very clean. Keyless entry super convenient. Great to have yard space. Enjoyed the pool area. Pool was very clean, 3 to 8 feet depth. Thanks for providing pool towels! Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. BBQ worked well. Nice to be within a short walk of town. Window AC units in rooms upstairs, fans in lower level rooms. Beds were comfortable.

We had a great time at this vacation rental. It is an older house so if you’re looking for fancy and modern it may not be the best choice for you but it was clean, close to town, had everything we needed and the pool was awesome (very good sized). We walked into town each day and down to the river, very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and when we couldn’t find the hot tub key, property management was quick to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent the weekend at A Leavenworth Retreat . This was our sixth visit and we love it every time!!! Our kids live in Seattle and we all drive over for fun family time!!!

The house was large with plenty of room for our family. They provided a safety gait so the toddler wouldn't fall down the stairs. We got to see a family of deer walk up the street every morning. The hot tub with heated and provided a great way to relax after a day on the mountain.

Our family spent Christmas in this house and it was wonderful in every way. The communication with the owners was excellent! The house was perfect for our large group and even included a Christmas tree. And the location was excellent. We walked into town several times. We couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

We rented this house for a family getaway. The house was clean, well stocked and the pool was awesome. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfy home, clean home, cozy home. Deer everywhere. Great pool. Worth it. If it wasn't, we wouldn't be planning on booking it again next year. My only suggestion is that it's probably time to sand the outside stair railing. They don't have an 4.5 star option or that would be our choice.

Great views of the mountains from the deck, pool and hot tub areas. Along with a ping pong table, and a 10 minute walk from the main part of town. My only problem was I should have stayed one more night.

We have stayed at this house 4 times now. Every time it has been winter. We hope to stay once during the summer to enjoy the pool. We love the location of the house. The living space is very spacious for blending together multiple families. The kitchen is well equipped to cook anything you want. Best of all the yard has a perfect hill for sledding. My father and I spent about 3 hours and made a awesome sledding path that takes you from the top of the hill across the driveway down the lower yard and ends at the ditch. This is always our main reason for coming back to this home. We love this place and will be back again.

Overall a great experience. The house was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The main living area was nice and open with a ton of windows. Very nice rooms, bathrooms, linens. My only complaint would be the living area is pretty dimly lighted and a few lights also didn't work. Not a big deal and I'm sure it would've been fixed if we called. Hot tub was very nice and comfortable, pool area looked nice but was closed for winter(October). We loved the proximity to town, was very close to walk but far enough to be relaxed.

Family had a great time perfect for the grandkids they lv pool. :)

We enjoyed our stay and having the pool for our grandaughters was really nice. Also was nice to be able to walk into town from there.

We (three families with children) had such a wonderful time at this property. The pool was a treat during the day, and the hot tub was great for the parents after the kiddos went to bed. We are looking forward to staying here again!
